Rental information: The Community House may be rented for events. Capacity is 80 seated at tables, 170 in chairs (except as changed by circumstances such as COVID-19). Rental rates April 1 - Oct. 31 are $75 per day for residents, $200 for non-residents, additional days are discounted. Nov. - March rates are $150 per day for residents, $275 for non-residents, Renters must be insured. A $200 deposit is required. Selectboard approval is required for events where alcohol is served.
